- Search for the “Health and Social Factors Survey (WATSON)
- Request enrollment
- Once enrolled, take a quick 10 minute survey
- 18 years or older
- Live in the US
- English-speaking
- Have been to a doctor in the past ten years
- $10 when you complete the Health and Social factors survey
- Even more if you join other studies (e.g. $100 for an at-home blood collection)
